We'll arrange a time for you to come and discuss and begin your project. It's also possible for us to go to your studio, discuss your project and pickup your original artwork or film for scanning.
What we'll need you to bring with you or prepare if we visit your studio:
- The original artwork, film to be scanned, or digital file
- Be ready with your ideas on printing volume, timelines, and method of payment
If you live outside the Bellevue/Seattle Area
Step 1:
Determine the size and medium you want, as well as any finishing options. Please feel free to call or email us if you want help determining your options.
Step 2:
Fill out the PDF order form and fax it to us. You can then upload your digital file using the uploads page and we will fulfill your order.
We are working on our online order form, but in the mean time please use this easy manual process. Fill out the form and fax it, upload your file, and your print will be promptly processed and sent to you.
Step 3:
Send us your original art, film, or digital images (Note: if you are sending us digital images then you will complete this step upon filling out the online order form).
- Digital Image File: File upload as described above
- Original Art: The artist is responsible for the cost of shipping original artwork to and from our studio. We work with both UPS and Fedex. Please see our shipping instructions for tips and guidelines on shipping original artwork.
- Film: The artist is responsible for the cost of shipping film to and from our studio. We work with both UPS and Fedex. Please see our shipping instructions for tips and guidelines on shipping film.
Step 4:
We will call you or email you to discuss the project once we have received your printed order form and artwork or film. Once we have inspected the artwork or film and given our professional opinion about the feasibility of the project, desired print size, and likely quality of the prints, we will process the order and bill your credit card.
Payment:
We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
For local clients we can accept personal checks.
