We offer photography sessions for Special Events, Performances and Weddings!

Whether its a small get-together, a private party, company event, performance piece or wedding, our team can provide you with the excellent photography you’re looking for! Basic rates for an event shoot are based on the type of event, the location and amount of documentation you will need, and how many photographers we will need to bring to complete the job properly. What You Can Expect

FAQ and Questions

Q: How much advance notice do you need?

A: To properly plan for your event, we like to have at least a week advance notice. For smaller events like parties, receptions, or art events we can sometimes be ready by next day. For larger events like weddings we need more notice, and time to discuss what you are looking for in the photographic documentation. For performances and theater events, its best if we can attend a rehearsal prior to the performance so we can be aware of staging/lighting/significant moments, etc.

Q: What is your service area?

A: We serve the greater Seattle, Bellevue, King County area. We may need to charge drive time for photo sessions that require additional transit time, but if you’re willing to pay, we’re willing to go there.

Q: How do you deliver the photographs? How long does it take?

A: Our preferred platform to share files from photo shoots is Dropbox (its super easy to setup a free account if you don’t have one!) In most cases, we will get you the photographs in a timely manner (3-5 business days.) Larger events may take up to 2 weeks.

Q: What do we need to do to prepare?

A: Just get your event ready! We’re here to take the best possible photos of your celebration or performance, and will try to fade into the background while we capture the magic of the moment. Occasionally we may direct you to capture a specific image, and you may of course also ask us when you have a moment you’d like captured. In many cases its best if we’ve discussed the project clearly before hand, so we’re comfortable knowing what photographs you are after.

Q: What kind of payment do you take?

A: We accept all forms of payment, and we have mobile card readers for offsite photo shoots. If you are splitting a group shoot, we ask that you consolidate the payments and have a single individual pay us.
