Art of the Day by Scott Moore

Our friends at Bherd Studio & AXIS Gallery recently held a very cool live painting event! The two night/two neighborhood event called “W3AVE Live”, brought together 27 Seattle urban and contemporary artists for a live collaborative art session for 1st Thursday (Sept 5) at Axis, followed by an opening reception and exhibit of the completed works on 2nd Friday (Sept 13) at Bherd.

Many of our favorite Seattle artists participated in W3ave Seattle, including: Aaron Jasinski, Augie Pagan & Redd Walitzki; Chris Sheridan, Kathy Liao & Carl Faulkner; Solace, Joe Vollan & Weirdo; Ego, Megon Shore & Amy Huddleston; Levi Hastings, dear earthling & Cash and Siolo Thompson, Braden Duncan & Vedada Sirovica. Bellevue Fine Art scanned some of the work after the live event too!
