Driving Directions

We have two separate addresses (Google Maps is sending people to the wrong entrance):

We highly recommend that you NOT just use Google Maps to navigate to our studio. Google maps is sending people to the wrong address. There are two entrances to our house/business. The home entrance is on 112th AVE SE and the business driveway and entrance is at 11200 SE 30th St.  Google may take you to the wrong address/driveway, and after many months and a lot of AI mistakes, we are unable to resolve it. The entrace and driveway for Bellevue Fine Art are at 11200 SE 30th Street. It is the last driveway on the right of SE 30th St. It is a dead end hill. Last driveway on the right at the end. Look for the Godzilla Xing sign. Beware of Godzilla. 

From I-90

  1. Take I-90 towards Bellevue
  2. Take the Bellevue Way Exit
  3. Quickly get in the left hand lane
  4. Make a U turn
  5. Turn right on 113th Ave
  6. Make an immediate right on 30th St
  7. You will reach a dead end at the top of the hill. We are the last driveway on the right by the Godzilla Xing sign.

From Bellevue Way

  1. Drive South on Bellevue Way, past the South Bellevue Light Rail Station
  2. Turn right on 113th Ave SE
  3. Make an immediate right on 30th St
  4. You will reach a dead end at the top of the hill. We are the last driveway on the right by the Godzilla Xing sign.

By Bus or LIght Rail

  1. Take the 550 Express
  2. Get off at the South Bellevue Way Light Rail Station.
  3. Cross the intersection on Bellevue Way and walk up the hill along 112th Ave SE
  4. Look for our upper driveway on the left side of the street (2940 112th Ave SE)
  5. Come down the walking path to our lower studio entrance
Godzilla XING

Our studio is conveniently located in South Bellevue near the 405 and I-90 Bellevue Way Exit, close to the South Bellevue Way park and ride. We are in a Residential Location in the lower portion of a house. Our street is right by the freeway on & off ramps, making us very quick to reach since you don’t need to drive into Bellevue. Additionally the 550 Express bus is only a 4 minute walk away.

Once you arrive, look out for our Godzilla XING Sign. We are the last driveway on the right, at the top of a dead-end hill on 30th St.
