Kari-Lise Alexander is a Seattle artist. She paints amazing portraits, combined with nature and moths and butterflies. This is a good example of artwork that is difficult to scan. The paintings are shiny, and have a lot of very fine detail that must be captured in a fine art scan. When we scan, we must capture every little detail, and the scan must also capture the subtle skin tones.
