Central Oregon Community College desires to commission a work(s) of art for the Redmond Technology Education Center at the Redmond Campus, in Central Oregon. This request for proposal is open to all artists, or artist teams, residing in the United States with experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of public artworks. The College is interested in commissioning work(s) of art that are meaningful in the context of its time and one that resonates with the members of the surrounding community.

BUDGET: $96,000 is available for all related expenses of this commission(s) including, but not limited to, artist fees, fabrication, insurance, shipping, travel, installation, documentation, etc. While the College intends to purchase one (1) exterior piece and a minimum of one (1) interior piece, the College reserves the right to make an alternate decision.
