We promise to keep your art files for up to 2 years if there is no printing activity. However, if you lose your own copy, we make no claim for liability for loss of your files.
Although we only guarantee to keep your files for two years, we have over 17 years of print files to date, and have never discarded or lost any of our art scans. We have off-site backups as well, so your art files are safe with us no matter how long it’s been. We advise clients to keep a copy of their files and treat them like any other valuable electronic documents, photos or heirlooms. If we are asked to provide lost files, we charge a $20 fee per request. Files are provided via Dropbox link. These links have no expiration, but the files will only be stored for 30 days.
