Scan Artwork
Your artwork is placed on a magnetic wall and captured using our BetterLight Large Format Scanning Back Camera or the Fuji GFX100 105MP Medium Format Camera, depending on the project. Your artwork is scanned at 300 PPI (or above 600 PPI if needed for a special project).
2
Edit & Digitize
Our team of editors will carefully edit the scanned images to get a close color match to the original artwork. When your scan is complete, you will receive an 8×10″ printed proof. Your digital files will be available for download via Dropbox. Images will be provided in TIF and JPG format.
3
Reproduce
Your high resolution TIF files are ready to use! Use your scans to get high quality art reproductions, like giclée prints, art cards, wallpapers, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's your turnaround time?
Typically 5-7 business days. Please allow more time for larger projects. We accept rush jobs for returning clients with an additional fee, if our queue allows it.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No. However, please fill out this Scanning Drop-off Form before coming by our studio. If it’s your first time visiting, we highly suggest checking our Driving Directions.
Do I need to leave my artwork with you?
Yes. Your artwork remains with us for the duration of the scanning process so we can use it as a reference for accurate color correction. It will be safely secured in our studio, which is protected by security systems, and we have never had any issues in the past.
